We offer a 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee on our online courses and digital programs.
If a course is not what you expected, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the 30-day period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
After 30 days, refunds for digital courses are no longer available.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
Physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags, and are unused and resalable.
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, gift cards, custom items, and certain special or clearance items.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team for approval and an RMA number. Returns without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
